From massage therapy to engaging workouts, each session is tailored to promote healing and renewed energy. I am passionate about helping my clients feel better through achieveable, sustainable goals.

- I graduated high school, and attended Iowa State. After about 2 years, I decided that’s not where I wanted to be

NIAAC
- I started over by attending NIACC for 2 years for their Physical Therapist Assistant program. I became licensed and graduated in 2006
2004
Physical Therapist Assistant
- For the next 16 years, I worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a variety of orthopedic settings to help patients recover from injuries and chronic pain
2017
Iowa State
- I felt I had unfinished business, so I re-enrolled at Iowa State and completed my Bachelor’s degree while working full time and raising a few kids
2021
A Life Long Dream
- At 39 years old, I felt called to pursue my life long dream of opening The Body Shop. I enrolled in Carlson College, taking night classes to earn my certification
2022
Licensed Massage Therapist
- I graduated from Carlson College, officially becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist
2023
A Dream Came True
- I opened my shop in Shell Rock, bringing pain relief services to the place I call home
